Ingredients Needed:
125g Cream Cheese
37.5g Sugar
7.5g Vanilla Essence
37.5g Whipped Cream
3 Egg Yolks
20 Glutinous Rice Boat
STEPS

STEP 1
In a beaker, add in 125g cream cheese, 37.5g sugar and 7.5g vanilla essence.

STEP 2
Mash all the ingredients and blend it on medium speed until thick consistency forms.

STEP 3
Add in 37.5g whipped cream and blend evenly.

STEP 4
Add in 1 egg yolk and blend. Add in the remaining egg yolks gradually and blend evenly on medium speed.

STEP 5
Lay a parchment paper over the baking tray. Space the glutinous rice boat on it. Pour the mixture and fill it to the brim.

STEP 6
Bake at 150°C for 18 minutes.
