Ingredients:

1. Dough A - Orange Dough
250g Uni-President My Day Home Made Series Bread Flour
​50g Egg
35g Sugar
1g Salt
10g Edentown Korean Natural Orange Colorant Powder
50g Milk
15g Cream
2.5g Yeast

2. Dough B - Black Dough
250g My Day Home Made Series Bread Flour 
​50g Egg
35g Sugar
1g Salt
10g Everstyle Charcoal Powder 
125g Milk
15g Cream
2.5g Yeast

Step 1

Dough A:
Place all Dough A ingredients in a mixing bowl, use paddle blend or kneading it to become a dough.
The dough will be kneaded to produce a thin layer of dough.

Dough B:
Place all Dough B ingredients in a mixing bowl, use paddle blend or kneading it to become a dough.
The dough will be kneaded to produce a thin layer of dough.

Step 2

Add in 10g of Edentown Korean Natural Orange Colorant Powder to Dough A as Orange Dough
Add in 10g of Black Cocoa Powder to Dough B as Black Dough

Step 3

Wrap the bowls with plastic wrap to perform the proofing and fermentation for about 50 minutes at 28°C room temperature. Tips: Keep the skin of dough moisturized by spraying some water. 

Step 4

Divide both Orange Dough into 5 pieces (20g each), Black Dough into 4 pieces (20g each), and roll out every piece of dough to a round dough. Then put all into a box (13cm x 13cm x 3.5cm). 

Step 5

Perform the proofing and fermentation for about 60 minutes at 35°C temperature.

Step 6

Put the dough into a deck oven with upper heat at 180°C or lower heat at 220°C, bake for 10 - 13 minutes.

Step 7

Perfect bite for Halloween festive.
