Tomato Egg Stir-fry Bread
Preparation Time: 180 minutes

Ingredients:
1. Bread
250g Uni-President My Day Home Made Series Bread Flour
100g Water
95g Dairy Whipping Cream
45g Sugar
5g Salt
3g Yeast
2. Other Ingredients
30g Tomato Egg Stir-fry
8g Mayonnaise
Some Cheese
Step 1
Place all bread ingredients in a mixing bowl, use paddle blend or kneading it to become a dough.
The dough will be kneaded to produce a thin layer of dough.
Step 2
Wrap the bowls with plastic wrap to perform the proofing and fermentation for about 60 minutes at 28°C room temperature. Keep the skin of dough moisturized by spraying some water.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 50g each, around 10 pieces.
Step 4
Rest dough for 20 minutes. Keep the skin of dough moisturized by spraying some water.
Step 5
Roll the bread flat into a long strip, fold the two sides inward, press the middle with a rolling pin, and put it into a bread paper cup
Step 6
Perform the final proofing and fermentation for about 50 minutes at 35°C environment.
Step 7
Egg wash the surface of dough, add in the 30g Tomato Egg Stir-fry, some cheese and 8g mayonnaise.
Step 8
Put the dough into a deck oven with upper heat at 220°C or lower heat at 180°C, bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Add in broccoli for your preference.
