Lescure Ming Chen Low Sugar Taro Paste is made of Taiwan's local fresh taro and French traditional AOP cream. It is best used for egg yolk flaky pastry, taro flaky pastry, and various Chinese desserts / pastries. No artificial colouring is added. Although the colour is not as purple, it is rich in flavour.
