90g Uni-President My Day Home Made Series Bread Flour
100g Fine Sugar
150g Whole Egg
100g Roasted Dice Walnut
15g Cocoa Powder
Preheat the deck oven at 170°C/170°C.
1. Fill a small saucepan about a quarter full with hot water, then sit the bowl on top so it rests on the rim of the pan, not touching the water. Put over a low heat until the butter and chocolate have melted, stirring occasionally to mix them.
2. Add fine sugar, salt, and honey. Mix to combine.
3. Add one egg at a time and mix in. Then, add milk and mix well. Then, add rum and mix well.
4. Fold in sifted cocoa powder and bread flour with a spatula. Then, fold in walnuts till batter is well combined.
Line a square tin (8cm x 8cm x 3.5cm) with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. Gently ease the mixture into the corners of the tin and paddle the spatula from side to side across the top to level it.
Bake at 170°C/170°C for 20mins.
