Uni-Flour was founded in 1967 to supply products such as flour, bran, and wheat germ for commercial use. Since its establishment, Uni-Flour has been operating in the pursuit of “Integrity and Diligence, Innovation and Commitment to the Future” as its management philosophy. Uni-Flour relies on its experienced flour production team and its R&D center to develop technology related to flour. It occupies a leading position in the flour industry in Taiwan regarding its capabilities in wheat grinding and flour blending.

All products of Uni-President Flour are packaged in paper bags for preservation and moisture-proof upgrade. Uni-Flour is the first flour brand whose entire series of products are packaged in paper bags instead of the traditional PP woven bags. The group specially selects FSC-certified base paper to ensure the sustainable management of forest resources. After use, it can be recycled to reduce environmental burden.

France is Europe's greatest agricultural country and is known as the "Corbeille à Pain de l'Europe," or Europe's breadbasket. France has been a healthy home for the fat and golden French wheat thanks to the excellent soil and plentiful sunshine in the Paris Basin. Uni-President imports top-graded French wheat and grinds it meticulously to ensure the highest quality and taste.
