200g Texture Maker Rice Pancake Pre-Mix
160g unsalted butter
100g Sweet Purple Potato Swiss Roll Pre-Mix
Appropriate amount of pearl sugar
In a mixing bowl, beat the unsalted butter until soft with a paddle mixer.
Add Texture Maker Rice Pancake Pre-Mix Sweet Purple Potato Swiss Roll Pre-Mix and salt and mix well to form a dough.
Shape the dough into a round stick and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
After the dough hardens, take it out, dip the surface with egg white, coat with pearl sugar and cut into slices (thickness about 0.7cm)
Bake cookies at 150°C - 170°C for 15~20 minutes
