Cream Cheese Rice Boat Tart Shell

Ingredients
125g Cream Cheese
37.5g Sugar
7.5g Vanilla Essence
37.5g Whipped Cream
3 Egg Yolks
20 Glutinous Rice Boat

STEP 1

Preheat the oven at 150°C.

In a beaker, add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence. Mash all the ingredients and blend it on medium speed until thick consistency forms.

STEP 2

Add whipped cream and blend evenly.

STEP 3

Add one egg yolk and blend well. Add the remaining egg yolk gradually and blend evenly on medium speed.

STEP 4

Lay a parchment paper over the baking tray. Space the glutinous rice boat on it (about 5cm apart). Pour the mixture into the tart shell and fill it to the brim.

STEP 5

Bake at 150°C for 18 mins.
