Ingredients:
Orange Dough

250g Uni-President My Day Home Made Series Bread Flour
​50g Egg
35g Sugar
1g Salt
10g Edentown Korean Natural Orange Colorant Powder
50g Milk
15g Cream
2.5g Yeast

Black Dough
250g My Day Home Made Series Bread Flour 
​50g Egg
35g Sugar
1g Salt
10g Everstyle Charcoal Powder 
125g Milk
15g Cream
2.5g Yeast

STEP 1

Preheat the deck oven with upper heat at 180°C and lower heat at 220°C.

Orange Dough
In a stand mixer, add all ingredients and mix to combine. Scrape down the sides and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Black Dough
Repeat the above step in a seperate bowl.

STEP 2

Cover the bowls with cling wrap to allow the dough to perform its first rise (for about 50 mins at 28°C room temperature).

Tip: Keep the skin of dough moisturized by spraying some water.

STEP 3

Divide the dough and shape into balls:
Orange Dough into 5 pieces (20g each)
Black Dough into 4 pieces (20g each)

STEP 4

Place in a box (13cm x 13cm x 3.5cm.

Cover with cling wrap and let the dough to perform its second rise (for about 60 mins at 35°C room temperature).

STEP 5

Bake at 180°C/220°C for 10-13 mins.

Decorate the faces with icings and nuts.
