Ingredients
45g Pumpkin Seeds
5g White Sesame Seeds
25g Icing Sugar
25g Meringue Powder
40g Almonds
5g Black Sesame Seeds
25g Water
20 Glutinous Rice Boat Tart Shell

STEP 1

Preheat the oven at 150°C.

In a mixing bowl, add icing sugar, meringue powder, pumpkin seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds and almonds. Mix to combine.

STEP 2

Add water and mix to combine.

STEP 3

Fill the rice boat with the mixture.  

STEP 4

Lay a parchment paper on a baking tray. Place the filled rice boats.

Bake at 150°C for 18 minutes.
