Kunafa Pistachio Crunchy Filling Cream is made with 22% pistachio. It combines roasted pistachio flavour with shredded kunafa pastry for a soft crunch, creating a soft crunchy texture. Its thick, creamy consistency makes it suitable for filling cakes, buns, rolls, pralines and chocolate bars.

Application method

First, soften by mixing with spoon or slightly heat the cream before piping.
Applying is easy: After heating up to 32°C and applying to pastries, it sets rather quickly, but keeps its soft, crunchy texture and great mouth feel.
