• Ingredients: Sugar, Almond Powder (12%), Egg White Powder, Potato Starch, Emulsifier (E471, E475)  , Thickener (E415) ,Flavouring (Almond)

• Storage: Store in a room temperature, keep away from direct sunlight. Keep in a cool and dry place.

Instructions:

1. Combine 1kg Macaron Powder Mix with 300ml warm water (45-50°C).
2. Whisk on low speed for 1 minute, then on high speed for 4 minutes.
3. Pipe onto a lined baking sheet.
4. Bake at 118°C (fan-forced) for 20-25 minutes
5. If using food coloring, reduce the water amount accordingly.
