Uni-President Super Cake made from US No. 1 soft white wheat, this finely milled cake flour has a bright white colour and helps create light, soft cakes with a delicate, melt-in-the-mouth texture. No starch, yam powder, emulsifiers or other additives are used to adjust gluten strength or whiten the flour.
