Ingredients:
250g Uni-President My Day Home Made Series Bread Flour
160g Milk
​18g Sugar
20g Unsalted Butter
3g Yeast
3g Salt
1/2 Tsp Edentown Korea Natural Pumpkin Powder
1/2 Tsp Edentown Korea Natural Strawberry Powder
1/2 Tsp Everstyle Matcha Flavor Powder

STEP 1

Preheat the oven at 190°C.

In a mixing bowl, add bread flour, mimlk, sugar, butter, yeast and salt. Mix to combine and knead into a dough. Continue kneading till the dough is smooth and elastic.

STEP 2

Cover with cling wrap to allow the dough to perform its first rise (for about 60 mins at 28°C room temperature).

Tip: Keep the skin of dough moisturized by spraying some water.

STEP 3

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Add pumpkin, strawberry and matcha powder to each respective dough. Knead till combined.

Tip: Spray some water for easier kneading

STEP 4

Roll out each dough to form a log shape. Place in a bread pan and let it rise (for about 60 mins at a warm temperature)

Tip: Keep the skin of dough moisturized by spraying some water.

STEP 5

Bake at 190°C for 30 mins.
