Ingredients:
20pcs Chocolate Tart Shells Medium Round
250g Aldia Fruit Filling (Strawberry/Raspberry/Blueberry)
200g White Compound Chocolate Buttons
100g Dark Compound Chocolate Buttons
250g Tzong Hsin Pumpkin Paste
250g Everwhip 1030 Whipping Cream
STEP 1
Download the ghosts / spiders template here. Print the template.
STEP 2
Melt the chocolate and pour into a piping bag (after letting it cool slightly).
STEP 3
Place the printed template on a baking tray. Place a baking sheet / parchment paper over the printed template.
STEP 4
Pipe out the shapes with the melted chocolate. Once done, remove the template from below.
Set the chocolate shapes in the freezer and allow the chocolate to harden (5 to 8 minutes).
STEP 5
Place fillings (Pumpkin Paste / Fruit Fillings) into the ready-to-consume Tart Shell.
STEP 6
Decorate your tart with additional toppings (to your preference).
STEP 7
Place the chocolate ghost on top of the fillings.
